Refund & Return Policy

At Mighty Pumps, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have the best possible experience. 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once the package has been opened or used. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any product that has been opened, partially consumed, or tampered with in any way. 

We will only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions: 

  • The product arrives damaged  

  • The incorrect item was shipped 

To be eligible for a refund or replacement: 

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery 

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging 

  • Proof of purchase and photo evidence may be required 

If your request is approved, we will either: 

  • Send a replacement product, or 

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method 

We do not accept returns for: 

  • Opened or used products 

  • Change of mind after opening 

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery
